Rental Application -- discloses to the landlord who the applicant is, what there rental history is like and provides information to run a background investigation for credit, criminal and public record if needed. |

Reservation Deposit -- This form is just in conjunction with a deposit for the move in balance. It secures the landlords' right to keep or return deposit monies and secures the tenants' rights retain or forefit their deposit monies or rental property. |
